At Breanne Julia Yoga we believe that everybody is a Yoga body. Each class is designed to meet you exactly as you are in the moment. Wherever you may be in your personal practice the only requirement from you is to show up with a willingness to connect inwards. To support you further in your practice we offer foundational yoga classes, breaking down each pose to find the space for what works for you uniquely.
You are worthy of investing in yourself & in your wellness. For less then $1.00 a day integrating time for yourself is truly affordable.

At Breanne Julia Yoga we believe finding an instructor that resonates with you exactly where you're at is imperative. As we all ebb and flow through life and even throughout the month we have different needs that are asking to be filled. We have found that offering a variety of classes and bringing the practice of yoga back inwards you are able to be the leader of your own practice, truly allowing yourself to land safely exactly as you are.

We find that making an investment into your practice changes the energetic exchange for those committed to moving forward. At Breanne Julia Yoga we believe everyBODY is a yoga body & it is our mission to create a safe & welcoming space to all regardless of physical appearances.
To ensure your comfort for the duration of class a few items we find helpful to have on hand are: a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, bolster/ pillow, 1-2 yoga blocks, & a blanket.
All live classes in any of the programs we offer here are recorded & will be uploaded in a timely manner so you are able to watch/ rewatch within your own schedule.
